The Body Shop Honey Bronzer | Hot Or Not?!

Hello everyone!

Today I am going to be reviewing the Body Shop Honey Glow Bronzer. I do not normally shop at the Body Shop when it comes to makeup but when they recently opened up a new store in my nearest shopping centre I went in to have a little browse. I had heard a lot about this bronzer, especially from Essie Button but I wanted to try it for myself.
I have been searching for a while for a nice bronzer that does not make me orange. So far, every one I have tried has either been too orange or cakey. But this Body Shop one is on a whole new level!

I picked up the shade Light Matte and as you can tell by the name it is completely matte. The design of the packaging is a honey comb pattern as is the bronzer itself. The only disappointing thing about this is it does not smell like honey, I was expecting it to smell like honey by the name but it turns out that it doesn't.

It does not break the bank either, it costs £13.00 so isn't too expensive. Although, it is not the cheapest either!

This is my new favourite bronzer as you can build up the warmth of it and it gives a really natural sun kissed look. I will definitely repurchase this when I run out and expect to see this in my March favourites.

Let me know what other makeup I should review!

Until next time,

Beauty Wish List #1

Hello everyone!

I have recently noticed that there are a lot of different items that I really want to buy, I thought that I would put together a little wish list and share with you what I want to buy. If you have tried any of the products mentioned then let me know in the comments how you got on with them so I know if they are worth the buy or not:) I might even start to do these every month or so.

Now on to the wishlist...

The first thing that I really want to try out is the brand new Benefit RollerLash mascara, I have heard so many good things about this. However, I didn't want to buy it straight away in case it wasn't very good! It is the same price as the They're Real mascara too (£19.50).

The first MAC item that I want to try is a Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Let's Skate (£15.50) it is a gorgeous shimmery pink shade and I really want to try it out to see if it is as good as the other paint pots.

The next MAC item I want to try is the Prep + Prime Lip. I have heard a few mixed reviews on this so I want to try it out for myself and see what it is like. It costs only £13.00 so it is not going to break the bank and is something that I could afford to repurchase time and time again if it is any good:)

I want two different MAC lipsticks, the first is Rebel and the other one is Angel. These are two completely different lisptick shades but I have wanted both of these for a while now. As you probably already know, MAC lipsticks cost £15.50!

I also want to start to make my own blush palette. So, I want to pick up an empty Pro Palette for blush and two blushes in the shades Fleur Power and Love Cloud. Each blush costs £15.00 (when you buy them for the Pro Palette) and the palette itself costs £11.50.

Finally from MAC, I want two of their brushes; 217 Blending Brush and 168 Large Angled Contour Brush. I don't have any MAC brushes but I would really like to try some out! The 217 brush is £19.00 and the 168 is £27.00.

I also want to try out the Benefit Hoola bronzing powder, I have heard amazing things about this bronzer and I have been wanting to try it for ages!

The final makeup item on my wish list is the NARS blush in Orgasm, I have not yet bought this as there is not a NARS counter near me, but I have the Sleek dupe for this and I love it so I think I am ready to spend the £23.00!

The first skincare item that I would like to try out is the GlamGlow Supermud Clearing Treatment (£44.99) I think that this is quite pricey so I am going to read a few more reviews before I splurge out!

There are also a few things from LUSH that I want to try. The first being the Grease Lightning spot treatment (£6.40) this isn't too pricey so if it is not for me then that is absolutely fine:)

The other thing from LUSH that I want to try is the Cosmetic warrior fresh face mask (£6.50), again it is not too pricey and it will be interesting to see if it is any good or not.

My sister has the YSL Black Opium perfume and I LOVE the smell of this so that is why it is on my current wish list, I am not sure if I am prepared to take the splurge for a perfume though!

I hope that you enjoyed this blog post. What is on your wish list?

Until next time,
Emily xo
